NTTC July 2009 Egg Challenge

Crack An Egg my fellow foodies! NTTC#5 July 2009 Challenge brings the proverbial sunny side up to your kitchens. Eggs are versatile, superhealthy, cheerful when naked and man’s other best friend. I love them, don’t you?

The official NTTC No. 5 July 2009 Challenge begins today as I write this post and ends on July 31, 2009. The roundup for the same will be done in the first week of August and a winner will be announced. The winner will be decided based on the originality of the recipe, the creativity in putting it together, the time taken to prepare it and how healthy it is. The star of this month’s challenge is the good old Egg. The goal is to come up with a fast, healthy recipe to tide us in our harried lives. Here are the details of the challenge.

Recipe : [Pantry Staples + Fresh Ingredients + One Egg/Many Eggs + 10-20 minutes

Recipe Format : Recipe Title [serves /Checklist (a list of equipment and ingredients)/Task (a maximum of 10-12 sentences of informally listed series of actions performed). See Recipes for Format Help.
