Green Papaya And Mango Salad
What a beauty this turned out to be? I had leftover Tofu And Prawn Curry. I was making Roasted Peanuts Thai Fried Rice and wanted a fresh Thai Salad to go with it. A medley of flavours gave this salad a lovely zing and the spice was just right.
