    Chocolate Fudge Cake Squares
This cake cut into neat squares is not only wicked, it also serves as an elegant after dinner desert for those special guests. Fudgy, molten chocolate in a low-fat dessert is rarely a treat anyone can refuse.

    Coconut Walnut Slice
In Australian Women's Weekly "Cakes And Slices", this recipe is referred to as "Caramel Walnut Slice". I figured out that it was incorrectly titled after I started making it, as it had neither liquid glucose nor condensed milk which would have contributed to the "caramel" in the slice. The excessive use of coconut led me to believe that it was actually "Coconut Walnut Slice" and boy was it yummy!

    Spicy Nut Platter
This is so easy that even the men can make it with their eyes closed, and with good reason too, because these nuts are excellent as nibbles with drinks on game night!

    Pecan Caramel Fudge
This is an ooey-gooey, buttery fudge with a nice crunch. Alter the nuts and make new variations everytime. No baking required!

    Carrot Tea Cake
A nice, crumbly, not-too-sweet cake for your next afternoon tea. The addition of walnuts gives this cake a beautiful texture and a nutty flavour that compliments the carrots.

    Nutmeg And Pecan Slice
I have to try this earthy recipe from the country. Anything with pecans in it and baked to perfection, has to be good for you!! Even more perfect served with a dollop of cream.

    Tangy Coriander Marmalade
A surplus of clementines in the local market might be a good time to make this and stock up your pantry. This is quite time consuming so make a weekend project out of it.

    Green Coriander Chutney
This chutney is a regular in my refrigerator. It is very easy and quick to make and is a life saver when I am pressed for time. It is a healthy alternative to mayo in sandwiches, a great dip for finger food and a flavourful addition to curries.
