    Quick Fennel And Orange Salad
    I bought some gorgeous fennel at our local gourmet market today and had to try something out for lunch which was quick and easy. The salad was ideal as it was accompanying the tomato and bread soup I had made earlier. It was light, crunchy and very refreshing. Try It!
