    Chocolate Caramel Slice
Adapted from Nestle's original recipe, this slice is a delightful combination of textures and the caramel just explodes in your mouth!

    Peanut Butter And Oat Slice
Ooey Gooey and crunchy peanut butter for breakfast? In a slice with loads of coconut? How can you say no to that?

    Coconut Walnut Slice
In Australian Women's Weekly "Cakes And Slices", this recipe is referred to as "Caramel Walnut Slice". I figured out that it was incorrectly titled after I started making it, as it had neither liquid glucose nor condensed milk which would have contributed to the "caramel" in the slice. The excessive use of coconut led me to believe that it was actually "Coconut Walnut Slice" and boy was it yummy!

    5-Cup Slice
This reader recipe in an old issue of Australian Table magazine looked simple and fun. The result was stunning! And it is so easy to remember .. 5 cups of different ingredients and a good, sinful dose of chocolate.

    Passionfruit Crumble Slice
An interesting twist to the old-fashioned apple crumble, this one has neither apple nor anything old-fashioned in it. It is modern, tangy and bursting with flavour.

    Cardamom And Ginger Slice
This is a very aromatic and full bodied slice, a great way to end an Indian or Moroccan Feast. Serve it with spiced "chai".

    Nutmeg And Pecan Slice
I have to try this earthy recipe from the country. Anything with pecans in it and baked to perfection, has to be good for you!! Even more perfect served with a dollop of cream.
