Coconut Walnut Slice
In Australian Women's Weekly "Cakes And Slices", this recipe is referred to as "Caramel Walnut Slice". I figured out that it was incorrectly titled after I started making it, as it had neither liquid glucose nor condensed milk which would have contributed to the "caramel" in the slice. The excessive use of coconut led me to believe that it was actually "Coconut Walnut Slice" and boy was it yummy!

Chocolate Fig Slice
These slices are fit for royalty and might become an instant hit at your next party or big family get together. The best thing about them are the readily available ingredients and no baking. They are plain gorgeous and taste very exotic when chilled.

Moong Barfi [Green Gram Sweet]
This is a gorgeous, rich looking, golden coloured "mithai" perfect for Diwali/Deepavali, the Indian Festival Of Lights. It smells absolutely fantastic and fragrant too. It is time consuming but well worth the effort.
