  • To keep lips blemish free eat a lot of dark, leafy green veggies and dairy products.

  • Eating lettuce, spinach, green beans and cauliflower keeps hair shiny and healthy.

  • Burn a few drops of basil or cinnamon oil to heighten your stamina.

  • Enjoy the fresh fragrance of peppermint oil or lemon to boost your concentration.

  • To relax your mind, add a drop or two of sandalwood oil to an aromatherapy burner.

  • Add 3 drops of lavender oil to your bath to help you unwind before bedtime.

  • Black and green teas are rich in antioxidants called catechin, which help maintain heart heath and may inhibit the growth of tumours.

  • If you suffer from severe menstrual cramps, peel a few garlic flakes, fry them in butter, cool, add sugar and swallow a couple. Pain relief will follow in a few minutes.
