| Rice Dumplings with Curried Yoghurt |

| Ingredients |
| For the dumpling |
|
1-2 tbsp sour curd
|
|
2 tbsp gram flour
|
|
1 cup cooked rice
|
|
2 green chillies cut fine
|
|
bunch of coriander cut fine
|
|
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
|
|
salt to taste
|
|
oil to fry | | For The Gravy |

1 cup hung yoghurt
|
|
sprinkling of chilli sauce
|
|
1 tsp chilli powder
|
|
a pinch of salt
|
|
1 tsp tomato sauce
|
|
1 tsp curry powder |
|
|
| Method | | Mix all the ingredients for the dumplings in a bowl and leave aside for 10 mins. Add the salt only when you are ready to make the dumplings. Heat the oil in a pan. Take a tbsp of the mixture and drop it into the hot oil. Fry the mixture until it is golden brown and serve hot with the curried yoghurt. To prepare the yoghurt, mix all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. |
