| A great relish to have with roasts or sandwiches and keeps for upto 3 months in the refrigerator. |

| Ingredients |
|
2 tbsp salt
|
|
2 tbsp turmeric powder
|
|
2 tbsp chilli powder
|
|
1 tbsp ground mustard
|
|
cauliflower florets
|
|
diced carrots
|
|
boiled spring onions
|
|
sliced lotus stems
|
|
2 green chillies chopped
|
|
1 tsp chopped ginger
|
|
1 tsp chopped garlic |

| Method : |
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a glass bottle. Shake and stir after capping the bottle. Let all the flavours soak in for about 3 days in the bottle before eating. If you want to serve it immediately add some acetic acid. Store in the refrigerator. |
