| Ingredients |
|
1 cup fresh yoghurt
|
|
1 ripe banana sliced
|
|
1 tbsp sugar
|
|
1 tbsp honey
|
|
3-4 ice cubes |
|
|
| Method |
Combine the yoghurt, banana, sugar, honey and ice-cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold. |
