| Spicy Potato Wedges with Sour Cream |

| This is the healthier version of the all time favorite and gratifying snack as the potatoes are baked and not deep fried. They taste even better and you know that you are not indulging in oily and greasy food. |

| Ingredients |
|
1 kg medium potatoes, scrubbed and cleaned well
|
|
1 tbsp coriander powder
|
|
1 tbsp cumin powder
|
|
1 tbsp paprika
|
|
1/2 tsp chilli powder
|
|
1/4 cup light olive oil
|
|
salt to taste
|
|
2 spring onions, finely chopped
|
|
handful of chopped coriander leaves
|
|
sour cream to serve
|
|
sweet chilli sauce to serve |

| Method | | Preheat Oven to 200 deg C. Line base of a large baking dish with baking paper. Combine spices and oil in a large bowl and mix well. Cut each potato into 6 wedges, add to bowl and toss to coat with spices. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 45 minutes until crisp and golden. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with spring onions and coriander. |

| You can coat and prepare the potatoes ahead of a movie night/game night at home. Just pop in the dish at the start and they will be ready by half-time. | |
