| Ingredients |

1 small white or green cabbage
|
|
2 carrots, grated coarsely
|
|
1 small onion, chopped fine
|
|
150 ml french dressing
|
|
1 tsp dijon mustard
|
|
6 tbsp mayonnaise
|
|
salt to taste
|
|
freshly ground black pepper |

| Method | | Slice the cabbage into fine shreds. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Cover with cling film and chill for an hour before serving. |
