Beef And Broccolini Stir-Fry

A satisfying main course which is ready in a jiffy and tastes different than the usual stir-fries.
 
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves 4
  Beef
Ingredients
   1 packet hokkein noodles
   1 bunch broccolini
   400 g rump steak, diced
   1 onion, thinly sliced
   2 cloves garlic, crushed
   2 tbsp peanut oil
   2 tbsp kecap manis
   1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Method



Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Cut tops from broccolini and thinly slice stems.

Heat a wok over high heat. Add 2 tsps of oil and half the meat. Stir-Fry for 1 minute. Remove to a plate. repeat with remaining beef.

Heat remaining oil in the wok. Stir-Fry onion and broccolini stems for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and broccolini flowers. Stir-Fry for 1 more minute. Add noodles, meat, kecap manis and sweet chilli sauce. Toss well until evenly heated. Serve immediately.
