| This is a lovely variation to your typical barbecue sauce, making your meats more exotic in a heartbeat. Quick and easy, make this a few hours ahead of your BBQ party. |

| Ingredients |

4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
|
|
1 tbsp peanut butter
|
|
4 tbsp brown sugar
|
|
2 tbsp curry powder
|
|
1/2 cup soy sauce
|
|
1/3 cup olive oil
|
|
1/3 cup sherry
|
|
1 tbsp ginger, grated
|
|
1 tbsp garlic, minced
|
|
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped fine
|
|
1 tbsp black pepper |
|
|
| Method | Place all ingredients except gingaer, garlic and spring onions in a blender and blend for 40 seconds. Stir into bowl with ginger, garlic & onions. Use to marinate meat of your choice. |
