Spicy Moroccan Lamb Chops

Lamb chops are quick and easy to grill. A few minutes of searing over high heat will have the outside wonderfully charred and crunchy, whereas the meat is delightfully tender and pink on the inside.
 
Prep & Cooking Time: 25 mins
Serves 4
  No Beef  No Pork
Ingredients
   4 lamb chops
   4 tsp harissa paste
   freshly chopped coriander leaves
Method
Coat the chops with harissa and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat the grill to high. Place chops on the grill pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Rest for 1 minute and serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
Serving suggestions
  • Serve hot with herb rice or buttered couscous.
