| This is lovely topped on a moist carrot or zucchini cake. |

| Ingredients |
|
1 pack cream cheese
|
|
1/4 cup butter
|
|
1 tbsp orange rind
|
|
2 cups icing sugar
|
|
1 tsp vanilla essence/paste |
|
|
| Method |
Beat cream cheese and butter together till creamy. Beat in icing sugar, vanilla & orange rind till creamy. Use right away or chill for an hour before icing the cake. |
