| Ingredients |

1 tsp gelatin, unflavoured
|

3 tbsp cold water
|
|
2 tbsp (plus 1 tsp) boiling water |
|
|
| Method |
Combine gelatin with cold water. Add boiling water, and stir until mixed well. Use this mixture as a substitute for one egg in recipes. |
