| These are such amazing finger food for a sleepover. They can be easily modified to suit your taste by a sprinkle and dash of dried herbs. Serve them with a variety of dips and you have got a sure winner! |

| Ingredients |
|
1 quantity basic pizza dough
|
|
2 tbsp olive oil
|
|
3 tsp sea salt flakes
|
|
2 tsp dried oregano or pizza topping sprinkle |

| Method | Preheat oven to 200oC. Grease a large baking tray. Use 1 quantity of homemade basic pizza dough. Cut dough into 4 portions. Cut each portion into 6 pieces. Roll each piece into a 10 cm long sausage shape. Cut sausage shape in half lengthways. Twist strips together, pressing ends to secure. Place all twists thus prepared on the greased tray. Brush each pizza twist with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and oregano. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden. |
