| Ingredients |
1 tsp jasmine tea leaves
2 cups water |
| Method | | Boil water. Remove from heat. Pour over jasmine tea leaves in a teapot. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Serve without straining. |
| | Serving suggestions |
| Serve in little chinese tea-cups. These are smaller and come without handles. Refills come faster and the tea is more enjoyable. |
| | Gel's Notes |
| Excessive usage of tea leaves will cause the tea to become bitter. Use sparingly for a wonderful taste. | | The lady at our local yum-cha place said that you can pour more boiling water over the used tea leaves a couple of times before they completely lose their taste. So sip away. | |
