| Ingredients |
|
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
|
|
juice of 6 lemons
|
|
2 tsp honey
|
|
1 tsp rock salt [optional]
|
|
1/2 cup water
|
|
8-10 ice cubes
|
|
2 cups soda water |
|
|
| Method | | Combine all ingredients except soda water in the blender and process for 2 minutes until well crushed and combined. Remove, strain and add the sodas. |

| Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves and lemon slices. |
