| This is a simple and wholesome breakfast porridge for little kids and adults alike. Gentle on the stomach and high in fibre, sweetening it with honey is not only healthier but is medicinal too, because honey has natural healing powers. |

| Ingredients |

1 cup rolled oats
|
|
2 cups milk
|
|
1 tbsp honey
|
|
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
|
|
extra honey to serve
|
|
extra nutmeg to serve |

| Method | | Place oats, milk, honey and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until the oats are tender. To serve, drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle with extra nutmeg. |
