| This is so easy that even the men can make it with their eyes closed, and with good reason too, because these nuts are excellent as nibbles with drinks on game night! |

| Ingredients |

1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
|
|
1 cup roasted almonds
|
|
1 cup salted roasted cashewnuts
|
|
2 tbsp canola oil
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
|
|
1/2 tsp ground cumin
|
|
1/4 tsp red chilli powder |

| Method | | Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat and add salt, pepper, cumin and chilli powder. Stir for a minute till the spices release their aroma and flavour. Add all the nuts and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly to coat the nuts with the spices. Serve warm or cold. |
