| Although a tad messy, these could be great finger food for an Asian-inspired party. Ready in under 10 minutes, this dish is very flavourful and crunchy. |

| Ingredients |

650g pork spareribs, thinly sliced
|
|
8 butterhead lettuce leaves
|
|
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
|
|
2 tbsp cooking wine
|
|
1 tbsp sesame seeds
|
|
1 tsp sesame oil
|
|
4 spring onions, thinly sliced |

| Method | | Combine hoisin sauce and cooking wine in a deep non-metallic dish. Add pork and stir to coat. Heat wok over medium heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Toast sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry on high for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from wok. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before spooning into lettuce cups. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve. |
