| I didn't know what to call this quick and crazy concoction. It has no flour, doesn't need to be cooked, is sweet and oh-so ooey-gooey and it sets like a cake. |

| Ingredients |
|
300ml double cream
|
|
200g dessicated coconut
|
|
225g mini marshmallows
|
|
200g shredded pineapple
|
|
200g mandarin orange segments, chopped |

|
| Method | | Mix all ingredients in a cake pan. Pat down the mixture and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Turn it out onto a serving platter and decorate with whipped cream, m&ms and chopped nuts. |
