| Ingredients |

2 medium avocados
|

1 small white onion, finely chopped
|

2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
|

1 tbsp lime juice
|
|
2 tbsp fresh coriander, coarsely chopped |

| Method | | Using fork, mash avocados in medium bowl until almost smooth. Add onion, tomato, juice and coriander. Stir to combine. |
