| Ingredients |
|
1 ll guava nectar
|
|
1 cup ginger beer, chilled
|
|
1/2 cup white rum
|
|
2 limes, coarsely chopped
|
|
crushed ice to serve |
|
|
| Method |
Place the lime in a mortar and use the pestle to gently pound it until crushed.
Place the guava nectar, ginger beer, rum, lime and juice from the mortar in a large glass jug. Stir until combined. Serve immediately in glasses filled with crushed ice. |
