| This reader recipe in an old issue of Australian Table magazine looked simple and fun. The result was stunning! And it is so easy to remember .. 5 cups of different ingredients and a good, sinful dose of chocolate. |

| Ingredients |
1 cup sultanas
1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
1 cup dark chocolate bits
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup condensed milk
100g dark chocolate, melted |
| Method |
Preheat oven to 200oC. Grease and line a 20 X 30cm lamington/slice pan with baking paper, extending paper over the side of the pan. Sprinkle pan evenly with sultanas, chocolate bits, peanuts and coconut. Drizzle over condensed milk. Cover with a piece of greased foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 180oC, remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes, until golden and firm. Remove and cool completely in the pan. Drizzle with melted chocolate and allow to set. Remove and slice to serve. |
