| Coconut [Naariyal] Laddoos |

| A minor variation of the famous 'topra pak', this coconut laddoo is a little round explosion of texture and flavour. Very versatile and made in the microwave in under 8 minutes, it is the perfect sweet to have for any festival. |

| Ingredients |
|
3 1/2 cups full cream milk powder
|
|
300ml thickened cream
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
1 cup fresh dessicated coconut
|
|
1/4 cup almond meal |
|
|
| Method |
Combine all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave on high, uncovered for 4 minutes. Remove, stir to mix well and microwave on high, uncovered for another 4 minutes. Mix well. Allow to cool. Take little portions and gently roll them into balls to make laddoos. Garnish with coconut flakes or pistachio nuts. |
