| Ingredients |

1kg skinless chicken legs
|
|
3/4 cup plum sauce
|
|
1 tbsp coarsely grated ginger
|
|
2 tsp soy sauce |

| Method | | Preheat oven to 230oC. Line a large tray with non-stick baking paper. Combine the plum sauce, soy sauce and ginger in a large glass bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat well. Arrange the chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer. Bake on the top shelf of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot with salad. |
