| Hoisin Chicken Wraps |

| A fast meal ready in 10 minutes, these hoisin wraps are a healthy twist on Peking Duck. Make sure you have ready cooked chicken meat on hand. |

| Ingredients |
|
200g cooked chicken, cut into strips
|
|
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
|
|
2 flour tortillas
|
|
1/4 cucumber, seeded and shredded
|
|
4 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
|
|
handful of watercress |
|
|
| Method | Heat the grill to high. Mix chicken with half of the hoisin sauce, coating it well. Spread out onto an oven proof dish and grill until sizzling. Warm tortillas under the grill. Spread the tortillas with the rest of the hoisin sauce, then use to wrap up the chicken with the cucumber, onions and watercress.
Cut in half and enjoy warm. |
