| Ingredients |

1 packet [of 32] fresh gow gee or wonton wrappers
|
|
2 tsp chinese five-spice powder
|
|
2 tsp sea salt
|
|
peanut oil for shallow frying |

| Method | | Preheat the oven to 100oC. Carefully separate the wonton wrappers. Place 5cm oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook wonton wrappers in batches of 2-3 for 1 minute each until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with Chinese five-spice powder and salt. Keep warm in the oven, till ready to serve. |
