| Ingredients |
| 200g egg noodles
1 onion, finely shredded
1 capsicum, julienned
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
1/4 tsp ajinomoto [MSG]
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 cup spring onions, finely sliced
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste |

| Method |
Boil 6 cups of water with 1 tsp of salt and cook the noodles till just tender. Remove from heat, drain hot water, rinse several times in cold water, drain completely. Drizzle a little oil on the noodles, toss well to coat and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add onions. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Stir fry for another 15-20 seconds. Add white pepper and ajinomoto. Toss well. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Stir fry for a minute, tossing constantly.
Remove from heat and serve hot garnished with spring onions.
