| Radish Leaf Dumplings |

| This is an unusual little dish made from the lesser known and lesser used leaves of the radish rather than the root itself. It has a bite to it and a delicate flavour that subtly transforms soups and stir fries into something special. |

| Ingredients |
| 2 cups radish leaves, chopped fine
2 green chillies, chopped fine
1/2 cup gram/chickpea flour [besan]
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp low fat yoghurt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
salt to taste |

| Method | Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If the mixture is
too thick, add a little water. Shape into small flat rounds. Steam the rounds
over the stove top in a water bath for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot. |
