| Ingredients |
| 1 can pineapple slices
1 cup cherries, pitted
1 cup ginger biscuits, crushed
150g fresh cream
2 tsp sugar |

| Method | | Place the pineapple slices in a flat serving dish. Beat the cream and add the sugar to it. Spread half the cream mixture on the pineapple slices and sprinkle crushed biscuits and cherries on the cream. Place another pineapple layer and repeat the layers. Serve chilled. |
